We ship within Ireland, this includes Northern Ireland & the Republic of Ireland, UK, Europe, USA & Canada. If you are outside of these areas, we will need to provide you with a custom quote. please contact us before ordering.

Order under €100
Orders within Ireland under €100 are charged at a flat rate of €5.95

Free Delivery
Orders within Ireland of €100 or more are eligible to opt for free delivery.

Tracked Delivery
All of our shipping is tracked by AnPost. Once your order is ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can track your order online 24/7. Click here to track your order

Missing or Lost Post
In the case of a missing or lost item, we will issue a replacement.

Next Day Delivery
Please contact us first if same day collection or next day delivery is required (only available to orders in Ireland before 1pm)

Collection
If you would like to travel to us to collect, please contact us to let us know when you intend to collect so we can have the item(s) ready for you.

Despatch Times
Where items are in stock, orders will be dispatched to AnPost within 2 working days. Once posted, orders are usually received the next day within the Republic of Ireland, usually, the delivery lead time is within 24 hours of dispatch.

Where goods are subject to backorder, we will order your items within 1 working day and typically these are received by us within 3-5 working days. We will endeavour to contact you immediately on receipt of the order informing you of the expected replenishment date for any goods ordered if it is expected to take longer than 5 days (e.g. out of stock with the supplier).

Returns

This policy is valid for orders placed and delivered within Ireland. We do not offer a returns or exchange policy for overseas orders.

Cancellation

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 14 days from when you make a purchase providing that it is not being ordered in from the supplier.

Please inform us via email to [email protected] no later than 14 days from the date of purchase.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive your refund via the same method of payment, minus any costs incurred.

Where a product has been ordered (marked as not in stock or expected in 5-7 working days) a postage supplement may be deducted to recoup our costs for ordering your item(s).

If your item has already been sent out to you, your cancellation will be processed as a return; please see below.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt* for either exchange or store credit (store credit is valid for 12 months from the return) unless the return is within the 14 days cancellation period, whereby a refund will be offered. Only returns due to fault or under warranty are valid for a refund where no like-for-like replacement is available.

*Please note that If you are returning boots which have been back ordered we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee to meet any out-of-pocket expenses. If we have fitted the boots via our fitting service we do not charge a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused – do not ride in the bridle or use any accessories until you are sure that you are keeping the item(s).
    • We specify that bridles may be tried on at a standstill where the horse is clean and free from mud/dirt.
  • in the same condition that you received it
  • in the original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalised products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item, please inform us at [email protected] that you are returning the item(s). The customer is responsible for returning the item with adequate postage and insurance and we recommend retaining proof of postage until we confirm receipt. Please see our returns address detailed below.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Where an order has been sent to us express from the supplier, a €30 postage supplement may be payable. This only applies where your order was the only product shipped to us by the supplier as this was a cost incurred on a single order. A copy of the packing slip can be requested as proof.

If a product or order is returned and it does not meet our requirements (e.g appears used/signs of wear) the customer will be responsible for return postage.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Warranty

Bridles and accessories are sold with a 90-day manufacturer warranty from the date of receipt unless the product has been modified or used in a manner that deviates from the manufacturer’s instruction.

Please do not send bridles back to the manufacturer. Send them to Bitless Boutique at our address as detailed below, where we will inspect any damage and liaise with the manufacturer directly.

Like-for-like exchanges are available; refunds are at the discretion of the manufacturer.


Sale items

Sale and reduced items cannot be refunded or returned.

Late or missing refunds

If we have confirmed a refund but you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us.
